When you send an enquiry through this site, we receive what you type in the form: your name, phone number, suburb, what you need done, and anything you add in the message, plus your email address if you choose to give it. If you ring instead, nothing is collected through the website at all.
Ward Septics uses your enquiry to call you back, give you a price and arrange the job. Your enquiry is delivered to Ward Septics through a form-handling service operated by our website provider; it is not sold, shared with advertisers, or added to any mailing list. If your enquiry does not turn into a job, it simply sits in the enquiry record and nothing further happens with it.
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Page-view counting happens on the server and records the page viewed and the country of the visitor, not who you are, not your address on the internet. The one exception is the video on the home page: it is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which means YouTube sets no cookies unless you press play. Once you play it, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to the player.
