Ward Septics is owner-operated. One Paul, his trucks, ninety metres of hose, and a simple promise painted under the name: on time, every time, guaranteed.
"Though a young business, my 45 plus years working as a plumber, here in Australia and abroad, certainly adds depth to the expertise I can provide for you. No pun intended."
"To give you a little background, much of my time as a plumber I specialised in septic systems. Sometimes in parts of the world where no other waste management systems even existed, so I learned fast and learned very well. When there are no alternatives, you have no choice."
"What this experience gives you is someone expert in septic systems of all kinds, who can make sure you get a clean septic system, done professionally and done at a fair price. My promise is to provide you with the very best septic service available. Not only septic tank cleaning done properly, but at the best possible price too."
"Aussie through and through, I have worked with septic systems all over the world."
The current truck runs a modern vacuum tank system: the pump only works for about sixty seconds to draw the vacuum, then the truck's own hydraulics do the rest. With twin silencers on top, it is quiet enough that your neighbours will wonder why you got the lawn mowed at 7am.
And because the tank carries 90 metres of hose, the truck stays on the road edge while the hose does the walking. See how a pump-out works, step by step.
"I will be happy to give you a septic tank cleaning price, and arrange to come and service your septic system properly, or refresh your water tank, at a time that works best for you. If you work late, I can be there early. If you start at dawn, I can see you in the afternoon. Whatever works best for you, I will do my utmost to work in with your schedule."
"You shouldn't have to jump through hoops to have your septic system pumped out properly. Call me now so we can arrange a time that suits you."
Every septic clean ends with a written Septic Tank Cleaning Audit: the state of your tank, and any trouble waiting around the corner.
Remote and awkward properties other companies won't touch. If the job needs a barge, the job gets a barge.
On time, every time, guaranteed. It is painted on the truck, which makes it hard to walk back.
Could not have had a better experience than the one we had today when Paul and co cleaned our septic system and grease trap. Such lovely, warm, brilliant and knowledgeable gentlemen who were on time, polite and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Ward Septic to anyone.
Call and you talk to Paul, not a call centre. If you work late, he can be there early. Whatever works best for you.
